First of all, sorry for having disappeared like that! Things are ok here, everyone is healthy, Mateus' asthma seems under control, Lucas is doing fine and me and Alex are happy! Here is a current photo taken a few weekends back when my web friend Carla came to visit.
Why on earth have I stopped scrapbooking? Even I cant tell for sure. Towards the end of last year mom came to visit, she was meant to spend Christmas with us but had to go back to Brazil because my grandma was sick. Of course I understood she had to go, but that didn't make it any easier and for a while I was a little sad. It took her 3 years to come visit and she only spent two weeks, one of which was very depressing. My grandma passed away early this year, God bless her, now she can rest.
Around the time mom was here I also went to a Christmas party at work, and decided I was gonna cut my leave short. I wasn't sure how scrapbooking was going to fit with work and everything else I have going on. But I knew for sure it wouldn't be a " job" anymore. Honestly, I haven't made much on scrapbooking to justify the time I spent doing it. Lets keep it a hobby :)
Having said that, I am still on a break from this "hobby". Most of the time I have spent scrapbooking back when I was working was late at night. And I just don't have the will to do that anymore. After putting the kids to bed and spending time with hubby (which has been quite enjoyable I must admit, playing World of Warcraft) I am going to BED! And that means there is just not enough hours in my life for scrapbooking, at least not at the moment .
Thanks for all the love and support in the last year or so and for the over 900 people that have signed to my newsletter, love you guys! I will make sure to make a little something for you as soon as I have some time :) I cant thank you enough!
I don't want to say I have stopped altogether. My shoppe is still up at Little Dreamer designs, doors are still open on my creative teams. I change my mind as often as I change my clothes. So this is just a see you later, don't be a stranger! :)
